Tunnel lights not working / mud and debris too

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5609714.

Since before christmas the lights have been been broken, both on lenton lane pedestrian walkway/subway and also the browns tunnel . natioanl highways sponser the tunnels and have a duty of care to the public to make them safe for use, the tunnels on lenton lane also smell and are covered in mud and need cleaning asdo the drains there . or isk of further flooding and street lighting might occur
