Timing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5596600.

Again sat at 2am and the lights from shepcote lane towards the roundabout and M1 are on red constantly whilst others change. I and another car eventually went through safely on red this morning. As I need to get to work.
