This whole road surface is an absolute disgrace.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5596192.

Just before the junction of Broadend Road om the Eastbound carriageway there is a large pothole and sevwre degrading of the road surface. This is a staggered junction which is problematic, and somewhere there are many accidents - some deadly. The road surface continuing on the Eastbound carriageway towards the Shell Garage/Starbucks/Worzels roundabout is littered with deep potholes and crumbling road surface that cannot be avoided. These are deep and dangerous especially with all the rain when they are filled and not immediately visible to drivers. The road surface has been deteriorating for many months now but the recent rainfall and freezing temperatures have exacerbated the issue. If the surface isn't repaired soon, there will.likely be a very serious accident.

How have you enabled it to get in such dangerous condition is concerning.
