Slip road off a45 (riverside) centre lane at lights severe uneven road with potholes. Potential to cause car damage/tyres

This is very dangerous and an accident waiting to happen as people are either slowing right down to go over it or trying avoid it. Has this been looked at by anyone as of yet?

This doesn’t look like it’s been looked at and it’s getting worse. Cars are trying to avoid it and it will cause damage to people’s vehicles. This was originally reported back in February and 6 months later we still have to deal with the issue.
