There’s a huge piles of what look like bags of rubbish

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5584853.

This is a large pile of rubbish dumped in this section between the entry slip road and the M5 southbound. It’s an eyesore and has been there for some time now. It can easily be seen by traffic heading south and looks awful.
