Growth obscuring traffic lights
Reported via desktop in the Overgrown or obscuring view (NH) category anonymously at 14:35, Thu 15 February 2024
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5581620.
I did first report this problem on 06/06/23 & as of yesterday, has still not been fully dealt with: there are large gorse bushes that require removal. Once that vegetation has been cut back, the nearside traffic light head will require slight adjustment of position so it is fully visible to approaching vehicles.

Thank you for making your report. We have asked our inspection team to attend this location and assess the issue. If any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen. Should no immediate work be required we will continue to monitor this during our regular inspections.
Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
