Multiple potholes

Hello, along this stretch of road around the turning lane, there’s multiple cracks and potholes on the road in both directions more so westbound. I try this road everyday and due to recent amounts of rain these pothole have been worse and I have to purposely swerve to avoid now otherwise they could damage my wheels if hit. This stretch goes on for about 100m it’s littered with cracks and holes. The closest one to East winch on the westbound carriageway it looks like the road is sinking, i notice there is a yellow H marked on the road with a yellow marked drainage kerb to the left, unsure of what this indicates, maybe a pipe. Over the last couple weeks I’ve notice it getting very bad.
