  • Having reviewed the location, it has been confirmed that Nine Ash Lane is not deemed part of our strategic road network (SRN) and therefore is vested to the local authority under Section 263 of the Highway Act to maintain.

The local authority is responsible for Nine Ash Lane up to and including the give way lines. Should you wish to raise this use with the local authority. Contact details for local authorities can be found by using the search facility at: www.gov.uk/find-local-council
