Flooding

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5555125.

There is flooding at the bottom of the footbridge which goes over the A38. Flooding on the Trevone Gardens side of the bridge. If the footbridge is not owned by National Highways please can you let me know who does.
