Over grown trees from Cannock to Brownhills

Reported via desktop in the Overgrown or obscuring view (NH) category by Mark Simms at 13:33, Fri 9 February 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5554099.

The trees are over grown and hanging over the foot/cycle path. Plus the shrubbery has overgrown so much on foot path you can not walk side by side. It needs both trees cutting back and the grass etc that over hangs the path and has grown into the path

  • Thank you for making your report.

We're aware of this issue and have planned work from 28 February to 18 March to complete multiple shifts in different areas to cut back vegetation.

Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.

    Kind regards National Highways
