Poor road conditions

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5546038.

Multiple potholes in the left hand lane need rectification as soon as possible before a serious road traffic collision happens. I came through here about 3pm today and noticed two vehicles on the hard shoulder with damaged wheels.
