People jumping over barriers

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5545173.

People from Travelodge are running across the busy road (Norwich Road), hopping over the middle barriers, then run across again to McD and then back again.

This is very dangerous and I would suggest the barrier have a higher fencing to stop them from going over the barriers.
