Broken man hole cover outside of Hilltop TN33 0SF

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5543447.

There is a badly cracked manhole cover which could be very dangerous if a motor cycle were to go over it in the dark. There is no street lighting here.
