Crash bairrer

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5539701.

I have spoken to St hekens council and these crash barriers fall in national highways responsibility. The suports for these barriers have collapsed and are now leaning. These barriers fall just outside there responsibility zone and just under national highways
