Dangerous potholes almost caused accident last night

These potholes are still an issue and only getting more dangerous and can seem a fatal crash happening from a pileup. Last night someone slammed their brakes on right in front of me which meant I had to urgently slow down just as I was filtering onto the left exit lane off the A52 at the RSPCA to turn into Radcliffe. This caused people further behind me to suddenly brake and could have caused a terrible accident. The multiple hole on this stretch of road are now so deep and so many that it is impossible to avoid them especially when it gets dark. Also exiting Radcliffe onto the A52 turning right towards Nottingham there are holes in the center of that junction as well as the whole stretch from there to the bridge which was destroyed when there was work being carried out. I use this road most days and it will definitely be taking its toll on my car having hit potholes that seem to get noticeable worse after bad weather where the repairs from previous patching have suddenly broken down. I understand there seems to be some issues of safety reported by workers which I am shocked by but surely there must be a resolution that protects the driving safety of all the road users who need to use this stretch of road on a daily basis? As this needs rectification sooner rather than later. I was really shook up after this event and the thought of there being a pileup and people getting hurt just seem very likely now. People are swerving all over to avoid these areas of severely damaged roads and I am sure most residents of Radcliffe are worried about the safety of this road to life never mind damage that’s happening to our cars.
