Signal loops damaged on Motorway Slip following surfacing works

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5524585.

The Traffic Signal detection loops HSL1 and HSL2 located on Motorway Slip Rd have not been replaced following surfacing works by NH in Sep 2022 casuing delays on the A1(M) Network. We have not received any updates from NH. Herts County Coucil ref is F-016834. Step B is to go direct to manager of DBFO.
