Contractor urinating

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5522609.

Contractor here on Wednesday around 2pm urinating onto the side of his van in clear site. Members of the public had to witness this including children. Why are there no portaloos? Contractor working for national highways - 6ft, black hat and orange wellys.

    We're sorry to hear of your experience and we agree that what you saw is unacceptable behavior.

    We’ve welfare vans on site for operatives to use and the only person who would be authorised to wear a black hard hat would be the site supervisor however, he doesn’t wear orange wellingtons and he’s confirmed that it wasn’t him. South West Water were also working nearby so it’s possible that it may have been one of their operatives.
