Pothole on slip road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5517879.

When you exit the slip road, the road surface is deteriorating rapidly, uneven ground and a big pothole. When exiting is dangerous as you have to go slowly but you need to build up speed to get onto the road.
