Temporary signals SB carriageway

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5510475.

Problem for Streetworks Team. Temp signals at 10:30hrs causing 12mins delay NB, from Sands Hill. SB towards M4 Junc18 (Bath), delay starts at the lay- by, south of the M4. One wagon on site. No TM gang on site. No work on site. TM operative should have been on site to minimise disruption to the travelling public. I contacted Streetworks in South Glos, who directed me to Nat Highways.
