3 adjacent street lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5502946.

Light outside 160 de la warr road not working. Light outside 164 de la warr road not working. Light opposite side of road at brett drive traffic lights not working. These lights have been out for a considerable time. Old people, emi home near by. College students and primary school children all use the pavements.

    We’re aware there are ongoing outages with some streetlights at this location, and we apologise for any disruption this may cause you and the community. Unfortunately, previous efforts to restore the impacted streetlights at this location haven’t been successful. At present, further investigations are ongoing to establish the cause of the fault. Although we don’t currently have a time frame on when this will be fixed, we hope this will be resolved as soon as possible. Whilst we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales can vary depending on the complexity of work required to rectify the issue.
