Spalling concrete on bridge edge-beam over live traffic.

Reported via mobile in the Structures (eg bridges, fencing, noise barriers) (NH) category anonymously at 14:53, Sunday 28 January 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5501616.

In two places a significant area of cover concrete has spalled exposing heavily rusted reinforcement. This is directly over traffic on the A329. Further spalling is likely which could cause concrete debris to fall onto traffic below. Under the bridge there is extensive spalling of the cover concrete exposing rusted reinforcement on the NE abutment wall.
