Unexpected ramp in road

Whom it may concern

I am writing to enquire about claiming for damage caused to my car from the unexpected ramp in the road on the A27 roadworks at Shoreham airport, before the new roundabout heading westbound. It goes across both lanes and is unavoidable.

I drove along that stretch of road on Saturday 20th January and there was an almighty noise and my car shook.

This was totally unexpected no signage warning of the uneven road and no signs to slow down!

My car has been making an awful clunking sound since and is booked in the garage this week.

Please can you advise who I claim off and who I send the invoice to.
