Graffiti on overhead signage

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5499731.

Whilst driving on the m25 clockwise before turning on to m3 there were 2 individuals on the overhead gantry applying graffiti to the directional signage. This was around 18:16 this evening that individuals were spraying the sign. Graffiti looks to have covered a significant part of the sign.
