Reporting this series of 6 holes in middle of slip again as you continue to ignore my report from many months ago, and regularly added to by others who also consider this dangerous.. Your claimed weekly inspections are clearly a figment of your imagination dreamed up by your marketing dept no doubt!! Safety your top priority, my backside! Being polite seems to achieve nothing!
