Unauthorised Occupation of 2 caravans and Two transit vans

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5495381.

Occupation on the "cycle path" that was the old A3 before the new road was built. Not SCC and GBC Not Local authority, Land is shown as Unregistered on Land registry, 2 caravans two transits. Father & son . Large scale waste and fly tip on cycle way and A 3 verge. Fires causing smoke on A3 20 feet away . This is causing obstruction, waste and likely drift onto carriageway.
