Two underpasses flooded

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5480579.

Underpass at bottom of Hulse Rd and the underpass at Nelson Rd both flooded AGAIN. Pedestrians unable to get into town without going across the A36 using the traffic lights as there is no crossing. Has been like this since yesterday. It’s a recurring problem that needs a permanent solution. This is used by the local Grammar School.
