Noise issue needing proper sound barrier

The new houses along blandings way po10 7fg are facing the busy motorway the fence there is a garden wooden type fence. A sound barrier fence is urgently needed here like other new build estates by motorways. The noise is constant and impossible to sleep through it’s so loud it shakes the house this goes on all day/night I’ve been here for to years now and myself and my young child not been able to sleep though the night at all having to leave tvs and fans running in a desperate attempt to try and clock it out we cannot open any windows at all which in the summer months is unbearable we’ve not been able to use the front bedroom at all for sleeping in. the noise is not a reasonable level at all and it’s constant.
