Dangerous damage to streetlight

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5476778.

One of the streetlights on the A47E towards King's Lynn, near to the junction with Lynn Road, opposite Starbucks, has damage to the light unit, the cowling is loose and blowing in the wind and could potentially fall onto vehicles travelling along the carriageway
