M6 North J21A Exit to M62 WB

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5475569.

There are lots of potholes all over the first section of where J21A exit starts (heading to M62 West), they are mainly along the white lines both on the exit and on the centre white line between the 2 lanes of the exit slip). All within the first section before it turns away from M6.
