Lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5461587.

None of these lights located on the pedestrian area including the approach to the subway are not working for a very long time. I have tried to log this previously with Dartford council and Kent County Council and they have advised that they belong to you.

As a female using this area it is very dark with lots of vegetation - could these please be fixed
