Broken Traffic Light not been replaced

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5457374.

A19 seaton burn roundabout junction. Travelling towards A1 North. Broken Traffic Light on right hand side of road has not been replaced following a collision. Difficult to see the lights changing when in the right hand lane as there is no clear sight of any traffic lights.
