Pothole

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5454491.

Deep pothole in 2nd lane heading from clatterbridge to arrowe park. Very deep pothole. Represents a signficant danger to road users. Likely to cause extensive damage to cars and could cause loss of control of car.

Please note, I am considering having to stop using the M53 as there are so many potholes going in both directions, and the M53 is becoming too dangerous to use. I use the M53 to go to work at the hospital every day, but if something isn't done soon, I will have to use the town routes. Hitting a pothole at 30mph is less frightening than hitting one at 70mph!!!

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
