White line lane markings non existent at this point.

Reported via desktop in the Faded / Hard to see (NH) category anonymously at 19:12, Mon 15 January 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5447768.

When coming down the slip road from A45 and joining the island to turn right towards Kenilworth the white line lane markings do not exist at this point. Vehicles move across lanes and cut you up. The rest of the island is fine after re surfacing and re painting of lines. Dangerous for HGV's.

Updates

  • Thank you for making your report. We asked our inspection team to attend this location and assess the issue. Road markings have recently been re-done in this area, they've slightly faded due to winter weather. The current works are still to be finished for white lining.

Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.

    Kind regards National Highways
