Multiple lights not working

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5442522.

Only 3 out 18 lights working. This has been reported before and the case closed. However, I believed that the situation would be reviewed later in the financial year to see if there was any budget available. I also question the evidence for vandalism being the cause of the lights not working because there is no visual evidence of this. There is graffiti but no outward sign of breakages.

    We are aware of the lack of the lighting to the underpass and we're currently awaiting on quotes from our service partners to replace and upgrade the lighting.
