Multiple lights never worked.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5436102.

Although already reported numerous times, some major street lights on this roundabout are still not lit and I do not think they have ever worked since the new junction was completed. Dark areas to the west of the junction. This junction is supposed to be state of the art. What is going on?
