Litter between J4 and J5 northbound on M11

Lots of litter alongside M11 northbound. This is a long-standing problem.

  • The littler on junction 4 & 5 on M11 even though it seems the grass was cut this year the litter still remains on the junctions which looks like years' worth !!

  • There is still an awful lot of litter on the grass verges. It's even worse on the slip roads at junction 4.
