ATS Induction Loops inactive M3 J5 L Slip

Induction Loops for ATS don’t seem to be working on the M3 J5 L slip road (Northbound exit) at Hook/A287.
There was an issue here which I reported last year and it was fixed but it seems to have reoccurred.
Lights don’t react to traffic present over the induction loops causing very long delays during AM Peak on the slip road backing onto main carriageway.
Also causes delays in early hours when I have to wait for 3 or so minutes for the lights to change, while NOTHING goes past me where the ATS is green. Very frustrating.

Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
