Sunken drain cover with pothole around the edges

Reported via mobile in the Road surface (NH) category anonymously at 15:39, Tuesday 9 January 2024

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5420069.

There is a drain cover on the Colchester-bound carriageway, just after the bridge, that has damage to the edges. I'm not sure if the drain has sunk, but there are now defects surrounding the drain cover, that will cause damage to a vehicle sooner or later.
