Unauthroised Encampment

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5418654.

Local Authority enquiry.Guildford Borugh Council Compliance Team. A van and caravan have gained access to the path alongside the A3 at this location. The path is infact the Old A3 itself from many yars ago. From ours and Plice reports a single occupant inside a delapidated Caravan is liveing there, he has a Ford transit van also. there is also considerable waste /scrap metal/fly tips . Removal of encampoment is the priotity. Damage to Highways Bollards padlocks . Danger of waste blowing onto road. I seek clarity as to responsibility of ownership of the Unauthroised Emncampment / his residence there. GBC are responsible fro waste clearence. Advise please
