Caller is reporting trees, bushes and reeds are blocking the river under the road Caller reports that there is more water on their side of the road than on the other side and thinks this could be the river being backed up Caller reports that it is hard to see the blockage as it runs under the road Caller reports they have had flooding recently in November and over December and are concerned the blockage could cause further flooding TM [phone removed]
