Mud on road

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5416981.

Mud and debris build up on exit slip road. I think as TM crews checking the roadworks use a gap between the exit slip and carriageway roadworks they have dug up the grass verge and this then brings mud and debris onto the road.
