Whole arm is facing wrong way

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5414742.

There is a long/high over road signal which has swung through 90° and is now facing a retail park. It has been like this for a few weeks. The fault is not obvious from the A38 - you need to be in the Carkeel Gateway car park to see the traffic light.
