Fencing damaged

Hi, we have bought a property 3 Garsden Avenue, BB1 2DZ, the fencing at the back of our field we are told is to be maintained my yourselves, some of the fencing is down, the field backs onto the M65 we move in on January 31st and have horses which we need to turn out in the field so the fencing would need to be fixed to enable us to use our land.
