Green light on one traffic light broken

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5405167.

Green light on the left hand traffic light (as you look north up the A21 with the Robertsbridge roundabout behind you) does not light up. Amber and red lights appear to be working.
