M11 flyover roundabout, Bishops Stortford. Traffic lights not allowing traffic to flow and inadequate numbers of cars going through.

Inadequate number of cars going through on green lights as the lights are not in sync and traffic cannot move on which means traffic is left in yellow boxes when only a few cars have gone through the lights

  • Thank you for making your report regarding the traffic lights on the M11 at junction 8. We have asked our inspection team to attend this location and assess the issue.

    If any work is needed, they will arrange for this to happen.

    Although we always aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, timescales do vary as we try to minimise disruption to customers by combining activities into single closures and always ensuring the safety of our people.
