Blocked kerb gullies

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5397109.

Reported numerous times over the year - kerb gullies blocked and never cleaned out. Despite national highway’s previously stating gullies maintained by GCC, they deny this. Sort this out to stop ponding on carriageway
