Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5396543.

The pavement that runs along side the A38 from Mackworth to the Kingsway Retail Park is getting worse , it is so uneven and flooding a lot worse than it has done since it was laid , the puddles now meet up and cover the whole path so you have no choice but to paddle through then which is very impractical when on the way to work , can someone please help
