Flooding blocking one side of carriageway

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5391742.

Flooding blocking one side of carriageway. Same place as reported yesterday. I drove through at 08:15 and vehicles were having to take it in turns to get past it. Don't know why this has been closed as apparently the flood is no longer there, when the flood is still there even if it has gone down a bit.

  • Thank you for your report. We can confirm there is a job in to clear the gullies in the area to ensure they are flowing correctly.. There are numerous advanced warning signs out in the area at the moment and we are keeping an eye on the area. As soon as the water subsides, we will go in and clear the gullies and check for blockages.
