Flood blocking whole road

Sent to National Highways 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 5384169.

Vehicles taking it in turns to ford the middle of the road. Located between the two "flood" signs that have been here for years. No rain here this morning so this has been here overnight. There is no street lighting so it is not visible in the dark. My vehicle is making strange noises after I drove slowly and carefully down the middle of the road.
