Blocked calvert

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5383666.

The brook which runs through the field next to my property and under the A36 has flooded. The electric substation to the right of my property is under water. My opinion is that the calvert is blocked and therefore the water is not running away. The water is now at the boundary of my front garden. Thank you for your attention.
